I just registered; where's my reward? To receive a reward, you must successfully complete a customer experience evaluation that has a reward associated with it. We do not provide rewards for all evaluations, nor do we provide rewards for registration. We want to ensure that we invite you to an evaluation that will be of interest to you; therefore it may take a while before you receive an invitation to participate.
I just registered to become a panelist. Why can't I access my account? We approve new panelists throughout the day, and you should be able to log in to your account within 15 minutes of submitting your registration information. However, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to process registrations. If you have attempted to register and can't access your account yet, please do not try to register again. We will only accept your first registration request.
Can I invite others to join the Keynote Research Panel? Please do! Many of our panelists have joined through referrals from existing panel members.
