  1. How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile with Keynote as follows:
    1. Go to the Panelist Web site at http://panel.webeffective.keynote.com/.
    2. Log in to your account.
    3. Click on the "Update Contact Info" link on the My Account page.
    4. Make any necessary changes to your profile and then click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
We also periodically send surveys to Keynote panelists to obtain further information from them.

  2. When will I receive an evaluation?
Because we try to select evaluations that will be interesting to you, and because we rotate through the ever-growing Keynote Research Panel, there may not be an evaluation immediately available for you. Don't worry -- we won't forget about you, and we'll invite you to an evaluation as soon as one becomes available. There's no need to continually check back here; we'll send you an e-mail when an evaluation opens for participation.

  3. How long does an evaluation take?
On average, most evaluations can be completed in 30 to 45 minutes.

  4. What do you do with my evaluation results and personal information?
Your results will be aggregated with those of the other people who took the evaluation and delivered to our clients in an anonymous form. We will never sell your name or e-mail address. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

  5. I tried to take an evaluation but it was closed. Will I get another chance?
Because of their popularity, our evaluations often fill up quickly. Regardless of whether you make it in time, you'll remain a part of the Keynote Research Panel, and we will invite you again.

  6. What does it mean when an evaluation is suspended?
Occasionally, an evaluation will receive a large volume of panelists all at once. To space out the results and allow for a variety of respondents, we occasionally suspend an evaluation. Check back after a few hours to see if it has been reopened.

  7. How do I change my e-mail address?
    1. Go to the Panelist Web site at http://panel.webeffective.keynote.com/.
    2. Log in to your account.
    3. Click on the "Change Password" link on the My Account page.
    4. Remove the old e-mail address.
    5. Type in your new or updated e-mail address.
    6. Click "Update."

  8. How do I cancel my membership in the Keynote Research Panel?
Click here to remove yourself immediately. Or, contact panel support, and be sure to include your Keynote login.

  9. What is the difference between a survey and an evaluation?
Surveys provide us with additional information to update and enhance your panelist profile. Surveys should take only a few minutes to complete.

Keynote customer experience evaluations are designed to evaluate a company's Web site. We invite panelists to go to a particular site(s) and ask them to perform key tasks and answer questions along the way. Your feedback is then given to the company to help it make improvements. A customer experience evaluation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete and requires that you use the Keynote Connector to answer ALL questions during the evaluation.

  10. Does Keynote record my password information when I evaluate a site that requires a password?
Keynote does not record any password information that you enter while evaluating a site.

  11. What is the minimum age required to be a Keynote Panelist?
To comply with federal and international laws, the Keynote Research Panel does not allow participation by those in the United States who are under 13 or those in European Union countries who are under 18. Our registration process automatically detects underage panelists and denies them membership.
